He believed that by creating a replica of Jerusalem, he could give people a chance to experience the stories of the Bible in a tangible and immersive way.

 The city was built by hand using stone, concrete, and other materials, and it took over 50 years to complete. Today, the Holy City covers over 200 acres and features over 80 structures, including a replica of the Western Wall, the Garden of Gethsemane, the Tomb of Jesus, and the Stations of the Cross.
